How to book a taxi in Norwich
There are three ways to book an A2B taxi, and none of them needs an app. Pick whichever suits you.
Online, using the form above
Fill in your pickup, drop-off, date and time, and how many of you are travelling. You can add a return trip, ask for a wheelchair-accessible car, and give us your flight number and luggage for airport journeys, all in the same request. The form works best at least 24 hours before you travel.
By phone
Call us on 01603 552324 and we’ll book you in while you’re on the line. If you need a taxi at short notice, phoning is the quickest way.
On WhatsApp
Message us on WhatsApp with where you’re going and when. We’ll reply to confirm, and your journey updates come through the same chat.

What happens after you book
We’ll send you a text to confirm your booking. When your car’s on its way, we’ll text you live updates. If you booked on WhatsApp, your confirmation and updates arrive there instead.
Plans changed? Call or message us and we’ll update your booking.
Paying for your taxi
You pay in the car at the end of your journey. There’s nothing to pay online when you book. Your fare is fixed when you book, so you’ll know the price before you travel. You’ll find our airport and Norfolk prices on our taxi fares page. Need a receipt? Just ask and we’ll give you one.
Business account holders don’t pay in the car. Your journeys go on your monthly invoice.
How far ahead to book
- Local journeys: use the form at least 24 hours ahead. For anything sooner, call us.
- Airport transfers: book as soon as you know your flight times, and add your flight number so we can plan your pickup. See our airport transfers page for the full detail.
- Minibuses: give us as much notice as you can so we can hold the right vehicle for your group. Find out more about our multi-seater taxis.
